Delete your Parentic account
You can delete your Parentic account and all of your personal data at any time, from the app or by contacting us.
How to request deletion
In the app
- Sign in to Parentic
- Tap your profile picture, then Settings
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm that you understand, then tap Delete My Account
By email
If you can't use the app, email us from the address registered to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours.

What is deleted
- Your profile and account details
- All information about your children
- All events and schedules
- All actions, tasks and notes
- All photos and uploaded files
- Network connections and invitations
- All asks for help
Other members of your network will lose access to anything you shared with them.
When your data is deleted
- Your account and data are permanently deleted 30 days after your request.
- Pending invitations you sent are cancelled straight away.
- You can keep using the app until the deletion date.
- We email you to confirm your request.
- Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
